HCR series rejuvenated FCC catalyst is rejuvenated from FCC spent catalyst with the inorganics & organics coupling technology. The skeletal structure of FCC equilibrium catalyst can be re-constructed with the inorganic species’ pore-expansion function and organic ions’ coordination function with metals. During this reconstruction process, the toxic metals, such as Ni, V, Fe, Na and Ca, are partially removed from the catalyst, and the catalyst pore structure is redesigned to achieve the gradient profiles of the catalyst micropores and mesopores, to increase the catalyst porosity so as to improve the coke resistance and anti-metal capability, and finally improve the cracking performance.


HCRL Rejuvenated FCC Catalyst
Performance:
HCRL rejuvenated FCC catalyst is rejuvenated from FCC spent catalyst with the inorganics & organics coupling technology. HCRL can be partially used to replace the fresh catalyst.
Usage:
1.HCRL should be mixed in certain proportion with fresh catalyst by using the small feeding system.
To some extent, HCRL can reduce the cost of catalyst on the premise of keeping the same activity of catalyst in system. Quantitative replacement of HCRL can also improve the performance of catalyst in system without increasing the cost of catalyst.
HCRH Rejuvenated FCC Catalyst
Performance:
HCRH rejuvenated FCC catalyst is a further rejuvenated catalyst on the basis of the HCRL catalyst. Compared to the HCRL, HCRH has higher specific surface area, and lower toxic metal contents. It can be used to replace the fresh catalyst.
Usage:
1.HCRH should be mixed in certain proportion with fresh catalyst by using the small feeding system.
2.HCRH can be added to the system at a normal speed and the loss of which is slightly higher than that of fresh catalyst.
