Circular Plastics Deep Catalytic Cracking (CPDCC) is a novel technology wholly developed by HCpect from lab to commercial scale. The CPDCC process uses a whole matrix of new technologies to crack waste plastics for circular economy. In Jieyang City of Guangdong Province, an array of new technologies is being proven in waste plastics sorting, pre-processing, solids feeding, catalytic conversion, and flue gas treatment. Currently, the plant is being started-up sequentially from one processing unit to the next. The whole commissioning process is expected to take four weeks.
